I feel a response/ resolution is needed here. Sorry, but that was NOT my property/ my keepsakes that were returned to me. I have now contacted them multiple times wanting a copy of the document and they will not provide it. I started crying, was obviously upset, no explanation or apology. They told me they would give me cash but they wouldn't be the same bills. because it was my cash but I also had a $20 bill my dad carried with him always and gave to me before he died.

Once there, they gave my wallet back at security and cards back at the cashier, but I asked about the cash. (They went through my ENTIRE purse and wallet.) That was never told to me at the casino (to also see the cashier) so I had 4 hours of unnecessary driving.

Called the casino and was told 'anything of value' was at the cashier. My fault for leaving it in the food court and driving home without checking, but once home I found that my wallet was missing. (They never called me on my phone or over the intercom.) Security gave it to me, we drove 2 hours home. Went back to the food court and was informed security had it.
